Become a NARHS Partner School

Education is changing...

While options for high school course work are ever changing, many post high school opportunities still require that students have a high school transcript from an accredited institution. For many schools, acheiving accreditation is not an option.

What is NARHS?

North Atlantic Regional High School (NARHS) allows students to combine all of their high school course work and credits onto one, accredited transcript. An accredited transcript is much more likely to be accepted by universities, colleges, high schools, and other outside institutions.

North Atlantic Regional High School was started to help homeschooled students obtain an accredited high school transcript. Since then, education practices have grown and evolved, both in our country and around the world. NARHS has developed a program to work with small, private schools who are unable to obtain accreditation. Accredited as a Learning Service Provider through Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools, NARHS provides an affordable option for registered partner schools to turn their students’ course work into courses that can be placed on their NARHS transcript. Through this manageable process, the student’s transcript becomes easily transferable into universities, colleges and other outside institutions.

What are NARHS credentials?

  1. MSA-CESS accreditation since 2015 as a Learning Service Provider.
  2. NARHS is listed on Maine’s Department of Education website as a recognized private school.
  3. Students in all 50 states, as well as international students, are served by North Atlantic Regional High School. (Please visit

The Basic Process for Partner Schools:

Partner Schools register and pay registration fee. (Initial Registration: $350, and re-registration fee $200.)

Partner Schools submit the following information for the technical staff to create their transcript template: course category list, required credits for each category, and school logo for the transcript.

Partner Schools submit a course description for all courses they plan to have listed on any present student grade reports. Additional course descriptions can be submitted each year.

Partner Schools submit student registrations for their students who want to take advantage of this opportunity. NARHS will create a student file for each registered student.

When the school year is completed, grade reports are submitted by the Partner School for each student who has registered for a NARHS Partner transcript and tuition is paid for each of these students.

NARHS creates customized Partner School transcripts for registered student. The transcript copies will then be emailed to the Partner School. Partner Schools save each transcript and are responsible for sending copies on to the families and to any outside institutions, as families request.

Registration fee is paid by the school each year. Tuition is required for each school year, per student.
